If you had read the fine print, you would have read that you are not entitled to refund unless there's a technical issue, and even then you're only entitled to a replacement copy of the same game. the only company that's ever given me a refund on a game was amazon, and that was during the simcity fiasco last year.. Sony has changed its ps store refund policy to allow for ps4 digital game refunds within 14 days of purchase. this also includes dlc, full games, themes, avatars, and season passes.. Even preloading games means you can’t get a refund. along with being the exclusive seller of digital downloads for ps4, sony has introduced a refund policy that allows you to get your money back.
Video games playstation store's updated refund policy lets you change your mind within 14 days. sony's letting you have second thoughts on digital game purchases.. So you have to actually make up a story about the purchase and see if they can refund you for it. i accidentally bought the ps3 version of a lego game for my little brother when it was supposed to be for the ps4. i never got a a refund even if i explained the situation for cs. it never hurts to ask gently, that's all you can do right now..
